Digital Spring testing systems for compression and Tension
SushmaTM Industries manufacture various types of spring testers suitable for testing light to heavy springs ranging from load values in grams to 10 tonnes. The different models available are manually operated, motorized, computerized, hydraulically operated to suit the customers’ requirement. The main features are measurement of load (compression or tension free), deflection (displacement) with their digital display with or without stiffness. The computerized system has a facility of plotting load – deflection curves, indication of O.K. or not O.K. status for the set values and R & R analysis facility. The system is supplied with various capacity interchangeable load cells to accommodate different sizes and capacity of springs to be tested in a single system. System for testing of large size automobile components will also be supplied as per the customer requirement. |

The different models available are manually operated, motorized, and computerized to suit the customers’ requirements. The main features are measurement of torque and angle with their digital display. The computerized system has a facility for platting torque Vs angle characteristics. Indication of O.K. or nor OK. Status for the set of values and R & R analysis facility. The system is supplied with various capacity interchangeable torque sensors to accommodate different sizes and capacity of springs to be tested in single system. Can be used for torsion testing of rubber components also.
