Sushma Torque Wrench Test Rig along with Sushma Torque Sensor & Digital Torque Indicator is an important system for checking and calibration of torque wrenches.
We know that, the torque wrenches are essential in assembly line for tightening the bolts and nuts. But one should know that it is equally important to tighten the bolts & nuts in any assembly to a particular torque. Due to regular usage the wrench may loose Its accuracy & the set torque may vary than the torque value it is set for future most of the torque wrenches are trip/click type & not clutch type, if one does not leave his hand the moment he hears the clock sound, the wrench will become solid piece & is prone to give more torque value. Hence, when testing the torque wrenches, to ensure exact repeatability & correlation between the tests it is important to reduce Human Element as far as possible.
Sushma Torque wrench test rig is designed for checking torque wrenches and to calibrate periodically. It also helps to train the operator to use the torque wrenches in such a way that, he stops giving force/momentum the moment he hears the 'click' sound.
